I am now offering interactive video sessions for all clients. I will continue to see clients in my office, which is allowed per Section 10b of the Santa Cruz Count and Santa Clara County Shelter-in-Place orders, however I am happy to meet with you online if you prefer.
The tool I use is a simple, private, secure telemedicine solution which requires no download, and no account. All data is encrypted, your sessions are anonymous, and none of your information is stored. The tool complies with HIPAA, PIPEDA, and GDPR privacy and security requirements. View the HIPAA-required Consent Form for the telemedicine tool I use, available for viewing in the website’s APPOINTMENTS & FORMS section.
For clients that see me in my office, I’ve taken the following precautions:
- Provide Hand Sanitizer for all clients.
- Wipe down a multitude of surfaces between sessions.
- Offer the option of outside Walk-and-Talk sessions to avoid contact with any surfaces.
Please call to arrange a video session if you have any of the following symptoms within 48 hours of your appt: sore throat, aching all over, cough, fever, diarrhea, vomiting, or shortness of breath.
